TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for visiting DeiDochi. Here, we have outlined some basic terms to make sure that your experience with our website is one that will keep you coming back again and again. As you browse through the website, be mindful of a few important things. Carefully review each section before you place any order(s). Please be aware that by using our site, you agree to follow and be bound by these terms. In order to understand how your personal information is being used, be sure to read our privacy policy. These terms are subject to change without prior notification, so it is essential that you refer back to this section before your next purchase. TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS

You are permitted to share material or content provided through the site on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or similar services. This permission is a limited license to use the content and materials solely for such purposes and does not represent a transfer of title of any DeiDochi materials or content.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This site is provided by DeiDochi on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DeiDochi does not make any warranties, either expressed or implied, as to the operation of the site or the content contained therein. You expressly agree that your use of www.Deidochi.com is at your own risk. DeiDochi cannot warrant that this site, our servers, or email communications affiliated with the use of this website, are free from viruses. DeiDochi will not be responsible for damages of any kind resulting from use of this website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. With that being said, we take great care to ensure that the experience of every visitor on our site is pleasant and hassle free and take every step necessary to make it a smooth experience.

REDEMPTION OF DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS AND OFFERS

From time to time, DeiDochi offers its clients special offers and discount codes to be used in conjunction with this website. These offers are frequently disseminated via this website and through email to those who have registered for our email list. They are also sometimes posted on our home page, announced on our social media accounts, advertised on radio and TV broadcasts, and posted on internet forums and various online websites. We encourage our customers to redeem these special offers, but we respectfully ask that you do not exploit them. Eligible items must meet all purchasing criteria to qualify for stated discount.

AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

At DeiDochi, we choose to be different. Our designs and products are intended to be unique and one of a kind. As a result, many of our featured items can go out of stock very quickly. When a particular item or product runs out, it may take some time for that product to become available again. Should this be the case, that particular item(s) will show “out of stock” on the product page. There may also be a delay between the time when an order is placed and the time when an order is accepted, resulting in the change of availability relating to the particular item(s). If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before the order is accepted, we shall notify you as soon as possible. You will not be charged for the out of stock item(s). If you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact us at info@deidochi.com.

PRE-ORDERS: Blueprints

Pre-orders are processed through our crowd-funding platform and can be found in the “Blueprints” section. A Blueprint (pre-order product) is available for pre-order for 14 days. Blueprints that reach their funding goal are manufactured and delivered to those who pre-ordered. If a Blueprint fails to reach the proper funding goal, the customer(s) who placed a pre-order request will be notified if the product will be manufactured regardless. Otherwise, they will be issued a refund on their order(s). By purchasing Blueprints, you are participating in a crowd-funding campaign. If this product meets its funding goal, we will manufacture and deliver it to you as soon as possible. Please check the estimated shipping period on the item prior to purchasing.

PRE-ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Each pre-order you submit for a product constitutes an offer to purchase that product.

A pre-order period lasts two weeks or 14 days. Pre-orders are complete once you provide your shipping address, authorize your payment information, and receive a confirmation email. Your credit card, debit card, and/or bank account will be charged immediately after you place your order depending on your preferred payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.

CAMPAIGNS THAT DON'T REACH THEIR FUNDING GOAL

In cases when the pre-order products offered by DeiDochi do not meet their funding goal, DeiDochi will either offer a full refund on those products or go ahead with the manufacturing of those products anyways. In either case, you will get an email after the campaign you participated in is over to inform you whether it was fully funded or otherwise. We want you to be happy and confident when you place a pre-order for a product, so please do not hesitate to contact us at info@deidochi.com. If you request a refund at any time after we accept your pre-order, we will process it promptly, as long as the product is still being funded. We will refund the full amount you paid.

SUCCESSFUL CAMPAIGNS

Pre-order products that reach their funding goal will be manufactured. You (the customer) will get an email after the campaign you participated in is over, notifying you of a successful campaign. The email will be issued after the campaign has run its time course of 14 days. After the product(s) has gone to manufacturing, it will be available to view in the “Production Phase” section of “Blueprints”. It will no longer be available for order at that particular moment. It will, however, be available for order in the regular shop afterall orders have been shipped to all pre-order customers. 

Please Note: Prices will change for regular shop items that have gone through the pre-order phase. 

It is also important to be mindful of the estimated shipping date below each product as these shipping dates may vary between products.

PRODUCT COLORS

We have done our best to accurately display the colors or patterns of each product that appears on Deidochi.com. That being said, there are monitor discrepancies that we cannot account for. We are unable to guarantee that any color displayed on your monitor is an accurate representation of the color of the product being delivered.

SHIPPING

At this point, shipping is only available within the United States.

We ship to all 50 states, Washington D.C, and U.S. P.O. Boxes.

Please be aware of the local sales tax that is applied to all orders within your respected state.

We do not ship internationally at this point in time. For international shipping rates, please come back at a later time.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If you made an account with DeiDochi prior to placing your order you can initiate a refund or return by logging into your DeiDochi account and clicking on the RMA tab. From there, please fill out the appropriate information to either request a refund or an exchange. Then, please wait for our reply. When your request has been approved, you can send the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund or return, as stipulated by you, granted the item meets our return policy conditions listed below. 

If you did not make a DeiDochi account prior to placing your order and would like to make a refund or exchange, please download this document. Make sure to fill in all relevant contact and order details and your reason for making the return. This will help us to improve our products and services. Please email the completed form to info@deidochi.com or include it in your return package.

CONDITIONS

 DeiDochi will happily exchange or refund any item(s) under the following conditions:

  • -If the item(s) happens to have a manufacturing fault, we will offer either a refund or an exchange.
  • -If an item(s) arrives and is a different size than the one you ordered, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange.
  • -If you are unhappy with the item(s), even if there are no manufacturing faults and you have received the correct size, then DeiDochi will exchange that particular item for another item of your choice provided that they meet the required conditions mentioned below.
  • -All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • -All returns need to be in perfect condition, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • -Any shipping fees required to make returns or exchanges are your, the customer’s, responsibility.
  • -You must contact us before returning any of the item(s) or else you will run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange.
  • -We do not take responsibility for any packages that are lost in the mail. 

EXCHANGES

For customers who have a  DeiDochi account, please login to your account and select "exchange" from under the RMA tab. Fill out the required information and wait for a response from one of our representative. When your request has been approved, you can send the item back to us. Once we recieve the item, we will exchange your item for the one you like granted the item returned meets our return policy conditions listed above.

If you do not have an account with DeiDochi and chose guest checkout, you can make an exchage by downloading this document. Clearly fill in your purchase confirmation number, proof of purchase, and contact details. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form before making the exchange and include it in your parcel. On this form, indicate what type of exchange you would like to make. Any shipping fees pertaining to the exchange are the sole responsibility of you, the customer.

REFUNDS

For customers who have a DeiDochi account, please login to your account and select "refund" from under the RMA tab. Fill out the required information and wait for a response from one of our representative. When your request has been approved, you can send the item back to us. Once we recieve the item, we will issue a refund  granted the item returned meets our return policy conditions.

If you do not have an account with DeiDochi and chose guest checkout, please clearly fill in your purchase confirmation number, proof of purchase, and contact details on the Return/Exchange Form before mailing in any items. When the item(s) is received by DeiDochi, and if it meets the aforementioned guidelines, a refund will be credited back to you via the original payment method you used. Any shipping fees pertaining to the returns are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please note, it could take up to 2 weeks after we grant your refund for it to appear in your account.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting www.Deidochi.com, you agree that the laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and DeiDochi.

CHANGES IN POLICY

DeiDochi reserves the right to modify, alter, delete and/or update these conditions at any time we see fit, so please review them frequently. Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a pervious version of these conditions. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on this website.
